Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Eisenhower Golf Course, Air Force Academy, Colorado. This position does not include benefits. Danger of minor burns or cuts from warming ovens, hot liquids, glassware and food containers. Exposed to extreme temperatures in steamy kitchen area. Danger of slipping on wet floors. . Responsibilities As directed, secures linen, glassware and silverware, depending on the particular format (menu, food and beverages). Readies groups of tables for food and beverages, making sure that dishes, glasses and silverware meet cleanliness standards, and that linens are spotless and condiment containers are filled. Following specific instructions and rigid time schedules, secures food from kitchen, and carries beverages from bar and serves customers.
