Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and improve refrigeration systems
• Work on VRF system design and ensure product performance as per ISO standards
• Develop and localize parts with vendors
• Coordinate with sourcing team for new part development
• Clarify drawings and technical specifications to suppliers
• Work with design teams for material/process changes based on local requirements
• Support vendor validation to improve product reliability
• Customize products based on India business needs
