Responsibilities

  • VPS Competences
    • Develop and update own competencies in tools and methodologies relevant to the APU
    • Train APU members on VPS tools, standards, and methodologies, ensuring their proper application
  • VPS Strategies
    • Ensure VPS rules are considered in new projects at the appropriate phase
    • Assist the APU Manager in maintaining a continuous improvement mindset, behavior, and policy across all operations
    • Organize annual VSA reviews through the APU and propose the yearly workshop schedule
    • Help define the VPS strategy and prepare the APU budget concerning VPS targets and budget allocations
    • Manage the deployment of V5000 VPS, overseeing self-assessments with APU members and improvement action plans
