VP/AVP Legal

VP/AVP to join globally known Financial IndustryYour New CompanyYou will be working for a well-established, globally recognised Financial Industry who are looking for a Vice President/Assistant Vice President to be based in Kuala Lumpur to be a new addition to their ever-growing team.Your New RoleAs part of the legal team, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Provide legal advice and support on all legal matters on banking products (conventional and Islamic)
  • Review and draft legal documents and commercial contracts for the Bank
  • Conduct research and provide guidance and opinions on legal matters
  • Liaise with external lawyers and regulators
  • Conduct continuous learning training or arrange for external trainings
