Overview

Key Duties (Including but not limited to):

  • Lead the design, execution, and governance of valuation frameworks that support the Bermuda Economic Balance sheet (EBS) and the Company’s internal capital framework
  • Ensure actuarial models and processes are scalable and transparent
  • Engage regularly with the Bermuda regulator on valuation and capital matters
  • Act as an advisor to senior management and present to both internal and external Board’s as needed

    • Qualifications required:

  • FSA, FCIA, FIA, or equivalent actuarial qualification

    • Experience required:

  • 10+ years of experience in life (re)insurance, including leadership roles
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience presenting to executive committees, Boards and investors
  • Demonstrated ability to influence enterprise strategy
