Vice President (Principal) Engineer

Up to £85,000

2 days on site (Knutsford/Manchester City Centre)

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Lead the development of reliable, scalable applications.
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure high code quality through best practices and code reviews.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies to drive innovation.

    • To be successful in this role, you’ll need the following:

    Excelling in at least one core language:

  • Java/Spring Boot, TypeScript/React/Angular, Golang, or Python.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Ownership mindset and commitment to engineering excellence.
  • Experience mentoring and guiding engineering teams.
