Overview:

We are building a scalable Revenue Operations function and are seeking a strategic, hands-on VP of Revenue Operations to drive go-to-market alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Enterprise Systems. Reporting to the CFO, this role will lead RevOps strategy, governance, and systems to support accurate forecasting, pricing, and sustainable growth.



What You’ll Do
  • Build and lead Deal Desk operations, including pricing, approvals, and contract governance
  • Define pricing guardrails, discounting, and escalation frameworks
  • Support enterprise and strategic deals, including RFPs
  • Drive actionable insights through CRM, customer, and product usage data
  • Own and optimize the sales tech stack and integrations (CRM, CPQ, ERP, billing, commissions)
