Innova Solutions is seeking a visionary VP of Product & Technology Transformation to lead the evolution of our proprietary platforms—CRM and a SaaS platform with ERP-like functionality —which power our staffing engine. This role demands a product leader deeply rooted in technology, with a proven ability to scale homegrown systems, drive operational efficiency, and translate product innovation into measurable financial outcomes.
Platforms You'll OwnCRM: Our internal application platform that automates staffing-specific workflows, from credentialing to placement logistics. SaaS platform with ERP-like functionality: A provider/client-facing portal for timesheets, expenses, and engagement tracking. Together, these platforms form a tightly integrated ecosystem that supports our entire staffing lifecycle.
