Role Overview:
The VP of Operations/COO serves as the second-in-command, translating company vision into execution. This role oversees day-to-day operations, corporate store performance, franchise support, supply chain, training, and growth expansion to ensure sustainable and profitable scaling across the network. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and execution-driven leader with experience managing multi-unit retail, F&B, or franchise businesses at scale.
