VP-Operations & Business Development

The position will be responsible for driving operational excellence, business expansion, distributor network growth and revenue scalability for the company in Malaysia. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to strengthen market presence, optimize processes and accelerate sustainable growth in the direct selling ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Leadership

· Oversee end-to-end business operations including supply chain, logistics, warehousing, customer support, compliance and distributor servicing

· Ensure efficient execution of SOPs, cost optimization and process automation

· Monitor operational KPIs, productivity metrics and service delivery standards

· Ensure compliance with Malaysia Direct Selling Association (DSAM) guidelines and local regulatory requirements

· Coordinate with finance for budgeting, forecasting and cost control
