Mashreq in Karachi (Pakistan) seeks a senior OBPM leader to direct deployment and integration of Oracle Banking Payments, bridging business needs with technology to modernize core banking.

You will manage end-to-end delivery, oversee SIT/UAT, data migration, and cutovers, and drive multi-country transformation programs with strong payments domain expertise.

The role requires 10+ years in core banking/OBPM, agile delivery, ISO 20022/SWIFT knowledge, and excellence in stakeholder management.
