Principal responsibilities

  • Leading and managing fund administration teams, including training, professional development, and performance management.
  • Defining and implementing the operational strategy for fund administration, including optimizing processes, leveraging technology, and making decisions.
  • Servicing as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Identifying areas for improvement in fund administration processes and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Ensuring that all funds adhere to relevant regulations and policies, including tax and compliance requirements.
  • Overseeing the calculation of Net Asset Value (NAVs) and the preparation of the financial statements.
