THE ROLE

STRIVE have partnered with a high-growth, multinational organization to appoint a Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) . The client is looking for a senior finance leader who will play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, driving performance, and transforming the FP&A function into a modern, insight-driven capability. Reporting directly to the CFO, this individual will act as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, providing forward-looking insights and enabling data-driven decision-making across the business.
