Location-Mumbai & Pune
Exp-10 + Years
Data & Gen AI practice P&L, including revenue, margins, utilization, and growth, Lead AI-led solution design for pitches, RFPs, and proactive proposals, Experience owning or leading a P&L backed analytics AI practice,
GCP preferred (Big Query, Vertex AI, etc.), LLMs and multimodal models, Gen AI systems (LLMs, orchestration, model integration), Experience building AIsolutions for marketing, creative,media, or commerce
Must-Have Capabilities
- Proven experience owning or leading a P&L-backed analytics / AI practice
- Strong background in analytics, decision science, or applied AI
- Hands-on exposure to Gen AI systems (LLMs, orchestration, model integration)
- Experience building AI solutions for marketing, creative, media, or commerce
- Ability to sell, solution, deliver, and scale—not just advise
- Comfort operating in ambiguity: you can seek, solve, sell, and ship
