Data & Gen AI practice P&L, including revenue, margins, utilization, and growth,Lead AI-led solution design for pitches, RFPs, and proactive proposals,Experience owning or leading a P&L backed analytics AI practice,
GCP preferred (BigQuery, Vertex AI, etc.),LLMs and multimodal models, Gen AI systems (LLMs, orchestration, model integration),Experience building AIsolutions for marketing, creative,media, or commerce
Must-Have Capabilities
- Proven experience owning or leading a P&L-backed analytics / AI practice
- Strong background in analytics, decision science, or applied AI
- Hands-on exposure to Gen AI systems (LLMs, orchestration, model integration)
- Experience building AI solutions for marketing, creative, media, or commerce
- Ability to sell, solution, deliver, and scale—not just advise
