VP Contracts & Procurement - Herndon, VA/Hybrid (2 days onsite)

**Position Description & Qualifications**
Serco North America is seeking an accomplished and strategic Vice President (VP) of Contracts & Procurement to lead our enterprise‑wide Contracts, Subcontracts, Purchasing, and Supply Chain functions. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this executive will shape the strategic direction of Serco’s contracting and procurement operations across our Defense, Federal Civilian, and Canada business sectors. This is a high‑visibility leadership role with significant influence on business outcomes, growth strategy, and operational excellence.
The VP will oversee a large organization of approximately 95 employees, including four direct reports—three Contracts Directors and one VP of Procurement. This role is based at Serco’s headquarters in Herndon, Virginia, with a hybrid schedule of 2 days per week onsite.
