Job Descriptions: 

  • Building Successful Relationships by Communicating market direction to revenue management, sales, and hotel leaders.
  • Evaluating market demand by utilizing turndown, property diagnostics, reports, market share, and competition analysis reports.
  • Being responsible for maximizing revenue for the hotel.
  • Developing & implementing sales strategies together with management to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitoring all channels relevant to rates.
  • Analyzing and Reporting Revenue Management Data identifies current and potential opportunities, and problems and proposes solutions.
  • Analyzing period end and other available systems data to identify trends, future need periods, and obstacles to achieving goals.
  • Managing Revenue Management Strategy.
