This role involves ensuring data readiness across all AI initiatives and collaborating with leadership to drive innovation. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in data management and a strong understanding of AI implementation in financial services.

Position located in Santa Monica, CA with an expected salary range of $290,000-$300,000 annually, plus bonuses.
