Let’s be #BrilliantTogether**OVERVIEW****RESPONSIBILITIES*** Manage and improve processes that maintain and manage mission critical data for the proxy voting, proxy distribution, or security class action claims filing services.* Serve as a subject matter expert with regards to the process flow of proxies and any custodian specific issues.* Represent ISS to clients during due diligence visits, renewal review meetings, and issue resolution sessions.* Work with clients, custodians and others to answer questions and ensure successful issue resolution regarding the recon, proxy flow, and custodian account setups.* Develop strong relationships with both internal teams and external constituents.* Review production and timeliness reports and work to implement continuous process improvement and internal controls on mission critical data.* Establish and monitor key performance indicators that are critical to achieving team goals and performance objectives.* Sponsor teamwork and employee developm...
