Requirements
- Degree in Social Work, Community Development, Business Management or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in volunteer management, community partnerships or programme management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with NCSS Volunteer Management Framework and sector standards.
- Proficient in volunteer management systems and digital engagement tools.
Responsibilities
Volunteer Strategy, Governance & Framework Enhancement
- Lead the review, refinement and implementation of 4S' existing Volunteer Management Framework to ensure relevance, scalability and alignment with organizational strategy.
- Translate the volunteer strategy into enterprise-wide policies, SOPs, KPIs and governance structures across all facilities.
