As a Volunteer Experience Ambassador, you will be essential in creating a welcoming environment at the YMCA. This role demands enthusiastic communication and customer service skills to assist members and guests of all ages. Expect to monitor the Y Experience Desk and support various initiatives to enhance member engagement and community awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and bid farewell to all members and guests
• Circulate through the facility to build relationships
• Relay information about memberships and programs
• Address minor facility concerns proactively
• Support member engagement and community initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 15 years
• Police Information Check and Vulnerable Sector Check
