A magnificent Big 5 reserve set within the forested hills of the Eastern Cape is seeking a passionate and organised 𝗩𝗢𝗟𝗨𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗘𝗥 𝗖𝗢𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗢𝗥 to join their team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on leading and inspiring others, with a genuine love for wildlife and conservation. You'll be at the heart of a hands-on volunteer programme, shaping meaningful experiences that blend education, community, and hands-on wildlife management.

Core Criteria:
- FGASA qualification (Level 1, 2, or higher)
- Degree or background in Botany, Animal Husbandry, Wildlife Management, Conservation, or a related field
- Experience working with volunteers, in conservation, or in eco-tourism (advantageous)
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Genuine passion for wildlife, people, and making a positive impact
- Comfortable working within a remote, reserve-based environment
