Job Description


We’re looking for an experienced and motivated VoIP QA Engineer.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Proficient knowledge in telephony infrastructure and design, including PBX, VoIP and SIP trunking, IVR, SBC, Media Gateways
  • Clear concept of Manual Testing of VoIP, Web, Mobile App Testing and API Testing
  • Expertise in creating test plans for system level, subsystem level, and feature level testing.
  • Proficient in writing test scenarios and test cases for comprehensive software testing, including both positive and negative cases.
  • Additionally, the candidates should have exposure to AI-driven testing approaches, such as using AI tools for test case generation, call flow analysis, automation assistance in VoIP system.
  • Documentation skills, good interpersonal skills, Self Driven
  • Ownership of end-end delivery of assigned responsibilities.
