Voids Supervisor
Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire (NN9 5QN)
Salary: £38,000 per annum

A growing property services contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Voids Supervisor to join its team based in Wellingborough.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated supervisor with a strong background in social housing voids to oversee the delivery of refurbishment and turnaround works, ensuring properties are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Managing day-to-day void property refurbishment programmes.
Supervising operatives and subcontractors across multiple projects.
Monitoring quality, progress, and performance on site.
Ensuring works are completed within agreed timescales and budgets.
