Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Voids Supervisor to join a leading property services contractor delivering void property refurbishment works within the social housing sector across Cambridge and the surrounding areas.
We are looking for an organised and proactive Supervisor with strong leadership skills to manage a team of skilled tradespeople, ensuring void properties are turned around safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard. This is a key role within a long-term contract, focused on delivering quality homes ready for new tenants.
