Job Description

Civic Recruitment Limited is recruiting for an 8-month contract joinery and multi-trade maintenance role with a UK local authority. You will refurbish vacant council properties by carrying out joinery installations, doors hanging and kitchen fitting, along with basic plumbing and tiling tasks.

The successful candidate will work as part of the Voids Team, 37 hours per week, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality. A full UK driving licence and own tools are essential.
