About the Role


An established construction and property services company is seeking a proactive and organised Voids Administrator to join its team based in Harold Wood.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in repairs, maintenance, or voids administration to play a key role in the successful delivery of refurbishment projects. You’ll be responsible for coordinating works, supporting operational teams, and ensuring void properties are turned around efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate void refurbishment works, allocating operatives and subcontractors efficiently.

  • Monitor job progress to ensure works are completed within agreed deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).
