Voice Operations Engineer - Engineer will support all In-Scope voice Technologies, proactively monitoring and quickly responding to hardware, software, and network Incidents. Candidate must have excellent written/verbal communication skills and work closely with vendor/contractor partners. Candidate must be able to provide expert-level troubleshooting, and end-to-end support/resolution of Service Requests.

Candidate must have the following key abilities.

  • Cisco CUCM, Unity, IM&P and Expressways
  • Good troubleshooting command on voice day to day issues
  • Good hands-on experience on Jabber and desk phones
  • CUBE and various voice gateways
  • Rotational Shifts including evening shifts
  • Exp 5 years
