Job Description
We're looking for a Voice Infrastructure Engineer to architect and scale the telephony backbone behind thousands of AI voice agents where every millisecond matters.

- Architect a carrier-grade SIP/SBC infrastructure for AI voice.
- Reduce end-to-end latency to less than 500 ms.
- Design WebRTC + SIP hybrid systems.
- Integrate telephony stacks with STT/TTS/LLM pipelines.
- Handle real-world SIP, codec, and NAT challenges (yes, even at 2 AM! ).
- 3-5+ years with FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, Ribbon, Mediacode, Asterisk, and OpenSIPS.
- Strong SIP/SDP knowledge and SBC management.
- Hands-on with RTP/SRTP, codecs, jitter, and packet loss.
- Programming in C/C++/Rust.
- Experience in Linux, networking, and high-availability voice systems.
- Bonus: Voice AI tools (Deepgram, ElevenLabs, Twilio), Kubernetes, CPaaS.
