Job Description

SKILL REQUIRED

  • Omni PCX Enterprise (OXE) or Alcatel Open Touch (OT) experience.

  • Strong working knowledge on VoIP and Telephony.

  • Intermediate VMware experience.

  • Able to Work with users/IT teams to troubleshoot and solve operational issues

  • Alcatel Omni PCX Office (OXO) experience is highly advantageous.

  • Alcatel Omni Vista 8770 Software experience is highly advantageous.

  • Hotel and Call Center Customer is highly advantageous.

  • Project management/delivery experience.

  • Develop supporting documentation including requirement specifications.

  • VOIP monitor experience.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Level 2, Level 1 support for Business and Hotel Customers.

  • Voice services architecture and design.

  • Develop migration plans from stand-alone PBX to PBX over the cloud.

  • Develop, maintain and operate the existing PBX system.
