Roles and Responsibilities

  • Analyze Cisco voice and unified communication platforms to support business and operational objectives.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, define KPIs, and track performance metrics for voice products and services.
  • Support product rollout initiatives by providing insights, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Develop scripts using Python to automate reporting, data extraction, and analysis activities.
  • Create high-quality technical and end-user documentation, including process flows and user guides.
  • Present project updates, analysis results, and key messages to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Act as an escalation point to provide operational support within areas of expertise when required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to support unified communication solutions.
