Job Description

  • Strong expertise in Google Contact Center AI (CCAI) and Dialogflow ES/CX (architecting, designing, implementing).
  • Experience building conversational AI solutions, virtual agents, or Smart IVR systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based voice/telephony integrations and conversational design techniques.
  • Solid understanding of API integrations, cloud platforms, and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Strong analytical, architectural design, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication with ability to translate complex technical concepts into stakeholder-friendly language.
  • Ability to lead enterprise-level automation and customer experience transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working in large-scale retail, technology, or customer-facing enterprise settings.
