Responsibilities

• 15% - Leads in clarifying the vision and mission of the school and formulates strategic direction for the school.
• 15% - Manages and directs the implementation of plans, programs, projects and services of the school.
• 10% - Directs and supervises the school's financial and administrative matters.
• 10% - Establishes and maintains linkages with external partners in education, local community and industry.
• 10% - Provides management inputs in provincial, regional and central office of TESDA.
• 10% - Initiates social marketing, advocacy and networking.
