Functional/Technical Competency:
1. Strong hands-on expertise in Workspace ONE UEM administration and troubleshooting.
2. Experience managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
3. Knowledge of identity and access integration such as Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, and SSO.
4. Understanding of certificate-based authentication, device compliance, and security policy enforcement.
5. Familiarity with networking concepts related to VPN, proxy, and endpoint connectivity.
6. Experience with Workspace ONE upgrade, patching, backup, and recovery procedures.
7. Ability to conduct root cause analysis and recommend long-term corrective actions.
