Role: VMware Workspace One Support Engineer

Experience: 3 - 9 Years

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Mode: On-site

Functional/Technical Competency

  • Strong hands‑on expertise in Workspace ONE UEM administration and troubleshooting.
  • Experience managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
  • Knowledge of identity and access integration such as Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, and SSO.
  • Understanding of certificate‑based authentication, device compliance, and security policy enforcement.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts related to VPN, proxy, and endpoint connectivity.
  • Experience with Workspace ONE upgrade, patching, backup, and recovery procedures.
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis and recommend long‑term corrective actions.
