Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provision, build and maintain VMware vSphere infrastructure in a multi‑customer environment
  • Provision, build and maintain the monitoring and alerting infrastructure in a multi‑customer environment
  • Respond to and resolve 2nd and 3rd level incidents and problems across Virtual Server infrastructure within agreed SLA’s and change management processes
  • Design and deliver Virtual infrastructure in line with enterprise standards, principles and policies
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Infrastructure and Applications areas
  • Implement pro‑active preventative maintenance processes and procedures
  • Troubleshoot complex issues

Technical Skills – Required

  • Must have knowledge and experience in VMware vSphere:
    1. VM deployment, customization, and automation (Orchestrator)
