Qualification- 12th / ITI/ Diploma/Engineering

Experience- 3 to 10 Years, relevant experience in machining, preferably in industries such as aerospace, automotive, or medical device manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

Programming:

Developing and optimizing CNC programs for the GROB G550 machine using G-code or other relevant programming languages.

Setup:

Preparing the machine for operation by mounting workpieces, setting tools, and adjusting machine parameters.

Operation:

Operating the 5-axis GROB G550 machine to produce parts according to specifications.

Quality Control:

Inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet required dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes.
