Deer Designer delivers unlimited graphic design to businesses globally. Our reputation is built on reliability, and that reliability starts with rigid quality control. We are seeking a meticulous Visual Quality Controller in the Philippines to be the ultimate gatekeeper.

Note: This is strictly an auditing and compliance role. You will not be creating designs. If you prefer redlining files over creating them, this is the role for you.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Rigorous Technical Audits: Line-by-line reviews of revision requests against design submissions for 100% compliance.
• File Integrity Checks: Dive deep into Adobe and Figma source files to verify layer structures, naming conventions, and print/web readiness.
• Enforcing Compliance: Confirm designers have completed internal self-QA checklists correctly.
• Rapid Resolutions: Write detailed Client Issue Reports and coordinate immediate fixes with the production team.
