- Ensure all stores follow brand VM guidelines and seasonal themes.
- Maintain consistent visual standards across windows, focal points, and floor displays.
- Conduct regular VM audits and share action reports with store teams.
2. Merchandising Execution
- Plan and implement product displays to maximize visibility and conversion.
- Optimize space utilization through effective planogram execution.
- Coordinate with category/merchandising teams for product placement based on sellthrough.
3. Sales Impact & Conversion
- Drive product visibility to support key launches, high-margin categories, and slowmoving items.
- Track and report the impact of VM changes on store sales and footfall.
- Use sales data to continuously refine display strategies.
