Job Description

The role encompasses from drawing up production timeline/schedule, negotiation with suppliers and vendors, oversee production processes and working cohesively with CFAS, organize standard work flow and processes to meet campaign deadline and budget management.
Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate visual merchandising and campaign requirements for SM Store.
Collaborate and work closely with VMD Creative/Design team and production partners and vendors on prop research, development, distribution and budget.
Oversee the creative campaign ordering process, logistics, installation for all stores, along with any local production needs.
Monitor production & installation constantly during campaign roll out to ensure output meets quality standards.
Liaise with the graphic team on the material for production; the head office & store-level field team for the feedback on the material order allocation and installation related issues.
