Our client is a well-established, sizable and popular global apparel brand with branches across the globe.

  • Translate global VM direction and concepts with the input of localization development to local VM team towards the KPIs
  • Ensure the VM objectives are executed at Corporate and Brand Standard at every channel, including retail stores, omni platform, etc.
  • Involve in the new store opening projects and work closely with store and retail construction team to develop VM plans
  • Develop VM guidelines and VM packs regularly / at adhoc basis for marketing campaigns and trading events, etc.
  • Own the VM Planning Tool for the Country/Cluster and ensure latest VM Tools are shared amongst the business
  • Provide training to VM teams for guidelines interpretation and the usage of VM Planning Tools
