Lead and inspire the Visual Merchandising/Activity Managers and develop their visual merchandising and range presentation competence in order to strengthen the uniqueness of the IKEA identity in the stores. Support the Visual Merchandising/Activity Managers in creating inspiring range presentation solutions that reflect life at home activities with seasonal relevance connected to the commercial activities. Challenge the Communication & Interior Design teams to improve their knowledge of people's life at home, gather insights from gathered intelligence and translate this knowledge into creative, aesthetic and commercial home furnishing solutions that exceed customer expectations.
