About the role

The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for creating appealing product displays and maintaining strong visual standards throughout the supermarket. This role plays a key part in promoting seasonal items, weekly specials, and high-margin products while ensuring a clean, organized, and shopper-friendly environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Understanding of basic sales principles and product placement strategies.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willing to be assigned in Unimart Greenhills, San Juan City
