Visual Merchandiser Retail

The Role

As Visual Merchandiser Retail, you are responsible for bringing the O'Neill brand to life across our European retail network. You translate collections, campaigns, and concepts into compelling in-store experiences that drive consistency, inspiration, and commercial impact. This role ensures visual standards are executed effectively while supporting store teams, contributing to product launches and retail projects.

The role is based in Warmond (near Leiden) and is part of our Retail team. You will report to the Head of Retail.
