Visual merchandiser

Overview

A leading distributor of luxury beauty products seeks a Visual Merchandiser to ensure consistent, impactful in‑store brand presentation across retail partners. The role focuses on implementing visual merchandising strategies, maintaining brand standards, and managing point‑of‑sale materials (POSM) to optimize shelf visibility and retail execution. Working closely with Brand Managers and Area Managers, you will ensure merchandising guidelines and planograms are implemented consistently across stores while identifying opportunities to expand shelf presence and secondary displays.

Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric). Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. 2–5 years’ visual merchandising experience within retail or brand environments.
