Visual Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and Executing Displays: Create eye-catching window, interior, and promotional displays that drive traffic and increase sales.
• Store Layout and Planning: Organize floor layouts, signage, lighting, and product placement to optimize customer flow and product visibility.
• Brand Alignment: Implement brand guidelines across all visual elements to ensure a consistent image.
• Trend and Sales Analysis: Research current fashion/retail trends and analyze sales reports to determine which products to feature.
• Inventory Styling: Style mannequins, fixtures, fix assets and product shelving to highlight key products.
• Maintenance and Training: Regularly update displays, maintain cleanliness, and train sales staff on visual merchandising standards.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing teams, suppliers, and contractors on promotions and new product launches.
