Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with the store's home décor concept and product collections.
Design and set up attractive window displays, in-store layouts, and feature areas.
Create mood boards and visual guidelines to present merchandising ideas to management.
Maintain visual standards and ensure the store is always neat, organized, and visually appealing.
Rotate displays regularly to reflect new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal trends.
