Visual Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize the visual interface of company websites, landing pages, and admin systems to ensure consistency with brand identity and enhanced user experience
• Lead the creation of visual content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Telegram), including campaign visuals, brand key visuals, animated posts, and ad creatives
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to deliver complete design solutions from concept to implementation
• Define and maintain visual style guides, UI component libraries, and branding standards
• Conduct visual and usability reviews of existing interfaces, provide actionable recommendations and lead improvements
• Stay updated with design and UI/UX trends, providing creative input for brand evolution
• Review and guide the work of junior and mid-level designers, ensuring high design quality and consistency
