About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Content Creator who can transform marketing briefs and ideas into polished, high-performing marketing assets. This role combines video production, motion graphics, and design, supporting marketing campaigns, podcasts, and recruitment initiatives.

The ideal candidate is fluent in video-first storytelling, has an eye for brand consistency, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where creativity and precision meet.

Core Responsibilities

Video & Motion

• Produce and edit full-length podcasts (video and audio) for streaming platforms.
• Edit short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok) with captions, B-roll, motion text, and hook intros.
• Mix clean audio, apply color correction, and ensure broadcast-level sound and visuals.
