The Visual Communication Designer is responsible for translating marketing campaigns, offers, and brand narratives into high-impact visual assets across the client's website. This role owns all on-site banners and promotional creatives, ensuring clarity, consistency, speed, and visual excellence across frequent content changes. Working closely with marketing, growth, and category teams, the designer ensures every banner communicates the right message, to the right customer, at the right moment.
Responsibilities
1. Marketing Translation
Takes offers, promos, sales events, launches
Converts them into clear visual hierarchies
Knows what to shout, what to whisper, and what to remove
2. Velocity & Scale
Website banners change daily / weekly
Designer must be comfortable with:
